Camaraderie, Conservation, and Community

For 60 years, our club has worked to promote the sport of fly fishing throughout the Pacific Northwest by keeping those values at the heart of everything we do.

From tidewaters and local rivers to alpine lakes, fly fishing connects us—not just to the water, but to each other. Here, it’s about more than catching fish. It’s about connection, sharing knowledge, and giving back to the places we love.

More Than Just a Club

Through classes and workshops, organized outings, and our valued partnerships within the local community, we:

  • Enhance the quality of the sport by emphasizing the art of fly fishing

  • Encourage others to participate and expand their understanding through outreach

  • Improve marine habitats through public education and hands-on conservation activities

Nonprofit Status

Olympic Fly Fishers of Edmonds is a registered nonprofit organization. Our subsidiary, the OFF Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) that gives annual donations to support fishery enhancements.

A Tradition That’s Always Evolving

While we take pride in our rich history, we’re always looking ahead. Today’s Olympic Fly Fishers is a dynamic group of anglers—from lifelong steelheaders to first-time fly tyers. We're connected by a shared respect for the water and a passion for learning.

We believe fly fishing is better when it’s shared. That’s why we mentor new anglers, trade tips over coffee, and pass along time-earned knowledge at every opportunity—on the water, at the vise, and around the table.

Whether you're chasing sea-run cutthroat on Puget Sound beaches, drifting dry flies on the Teanaway or Snoqualmie River, or tying your first Woolly Bugger, there’s a place for you here.

Our members range from curious first-timers to lifelong anglers. What brings us together is a shared love of the water—and a willingness to learn, teach, and grow together.

Curious who makes it all happen? Meet our leadership.
